HIV STEP-UP (Screening Testing Education and Prevention Urban Partnership)

HIV STEP-UP is a five-year initiative funded by the U.S. Health and Human Service Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to assess and reduce the status of 600 at-risk youth.

The program includes HIV testing and immunization services for HCV to 600 youth as well as outreach, prevention education and/or risk-reduction strategies to 2400 youth. Participants will be linked to appropriate social and medical services needed to ensure risk reduction.
