Youth Splash & Kid Splash

Who we serve: Elementary school children (Kid Splash) and middle and high school youth (Youth Splash)
Where: NE Miami-Dade County
Goal: Bringing children and youth closer to God through scripture-based activities and education

Having a connection with God can provide children and youth with a sense of meaning and purpose about life. A sense of belonging instills hope and provides comfort when dealing with difficult experiences.

Kid Splash and Youth Splash help kids understand the importance of faith in God and how that can help guide them throughout their lives. These two programs are under our Positive Youth Development Pillar of Service.

The weekend programs involve youth in fellowship and worshipping activities that build skills to help them make positive choices. These activities help self-esteem while increasing spiritual awareness. Mentors promote healthy attitudes and help the kids make healthy decisions.

Kids Splash 10am-1pm Saturdays
Youth Splash 4:30-6:30pm Fridays

Scripture states, “You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:14-16).

And “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it” (Proverbs 22:6:).
