Audience: A community events where attendees include law enforcement, school administrators, non-nonprofit and faith leaders, youth-serving organizations and other stakeholders.
The Family and Neighborhood Support Partnership meetings are designed to unite community partners and Project UPLIFT staff with the goal of leveraging partner’s resources to address the needs of families and improve outcomes for children through access to high quality services. Coordination and integration of services is facilitated by cross-agency data-sharing regarding common participants. The meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month from 10 am -12 pm via Zoom. Click here to register.
