Strengthening Families Workshop

February 21st & March 7, 2026 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM

Youth between the ages of 10–16 and their caregivers are encouraged to join us for a 2-day family strengthening workshop at Smith Community Mental Health.

This workshop focuses on strengthening family dynamics by equipping participants with the skills needed to build resilience and overcome the effects of collective trauma.

What will be provided?

• Lunch
• Evidenced-Based Curriculum
• $100 Caregiver Incentive & $50 Youth Incentive
• Youth & Caregiver Certification
