Gang Alternative Inc, partners with Feeding South Florida to Serve the Community
The coronavirus (COVID-19) has impacted daily life for everyone. Many people have been concerned with how quickly essential items are becoming unavailable in stores. With this in mind, Gang Alternative, Inc. worked to respond as promptly as possible to uplift community members in their time of need. In collaboration with the local food bank, Feeding South Florida, Gang Alternative, Inc. was able to provide the community with food items by hosting a local drive-thru grocery distribution. The distribution was held on Thursday, March 26, from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m at the Gang Alternative Central Office in North Miami, FL. To ensure safety and minimize physical contact, items were placed in the trunk of attendees’ cars. Additionally, all staff Gang Alternative, Inc. staff wore masks and gloves.
