EIAC Breakfast Networking Event

The Employer and Industry Advisory Committee Meeting will convene key employers, workforce professionals, and training partners to discuss hiring trends, workforce outcomes, and sector-specific needs in construction, healthcare, logistics, and information technology. The session will feature presentations on GA’s current workforce performance, success stories, and opportunities for enhanced collaboration.

A presentation from GA’s Work Force Department will discuss the creation of an employer and partner incentive pool that offers small stipends to employers hosting job shadowing, mock interviews, or short-term work experiences. Employers will be encouraged to share insights into skills gaps, workforce readiness, and hiring pipelines, helping GA tailor its training and placement services to meet evolving industry demands. A networking breakfast will accompany the meeting to foster relationship-building among partners.
