Our Approach
to Intervention
GA’s approach to intervention is based on servant leadership and the belief that our organization exists to serve and meet the highest priorities of people and their communities. It is premised on the notion that everyone is worthy of help and a second chance: “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old” (Isaiah 43:18.)
Our strategy for intervention is based on the continuum of care that involves multi-sectoral and multi-level planning and coordination to link individuals and communities to targeted resources. It encourages capacity building, access and distribution of resources, and ultimately, self-sufficiency. This is done through needs identification and assessment; goal setting; support through care coordination/case management; and monitoring and follow-up.
